Surf and kite classes - lessons and courses in Lanzarote

Kitesurfing mixes in just one discipline the adrenalin and method of surfing, windsurfing and wakeboarding. This make Kitesurfing one of the most spectacular water sport.
Our camp organize a Kite / Surf Camp in Famara (Lanzarote) for beginners, average and advanced. If you wish to attend a complete course we have prepared for you different Holiday Packages.
Those packages includes your staying at "Caleta de Famara" (in the middle of the Natural Park of Famara), few minutes away from the tourist crowded areas. You’ll have the chance to have fun in total comfort, Kiting / Surfing in the warm and crystalline waters of Lanzarote.
Kite courses are held on Famara beach (6 km of sandy bay) in Lanzarote.
It’s an easy sport to learn. Together with our IKO/FKI instructors you’ll learn quickly and in total safety.
At the end of the kite or surf courses in Lanzarote, our beginners will be able to be all-sufficient and to go out in the water by their own. They will have learned all the necessary information for their own security and for the security of the people around them!
In the event of bad weather conditions that would encumber the normal development of the chosen course, there will be given the chance to exchange kite lessons with surf lessons. Alternative will be also available!
Surf courses are held in the middle part of the Famara beach (Lanzarote) with perfect conditions to learn. Our course are different from the other schools first of all for the number of person for every instructor. Every instructor manages no more then 4 persons, justo to give the right attention to everyone.
Combo courses: you‘ll have the chance to choose combo courses packages to have the possibility to learn both Kite and Surf and learn which of those sports suites you best. Equipment: we make use of the last generation of BLADE ’s and MORMAII's wings and SURFTECH’s surf boards. Wetsuits, life-vests, helmets, radio and all the necessary equipment is included.
We also offer a RENTAL SERVICE for those who prefer not to travel with their own equipment from home to avoid transport costs and various annoyances.

Kite courses in Famara - Lanzarote (3 Hours per day x 4 days)

BEGINNER LEVEL: Safety, prevention, flying technique, power control, simulator, practice with the harness.
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL: Flying technique, relaunch technique of kite in the water, body drag, first practice with the board in the water.
ADVANCED LEVEL: Learning and trimming own equipment, upwind, manouvers, jumps.

Surf courses in Famara - Lanzarote (3 Hours per day x 4 days)

BEGINNER LEVEL: Learning your own body, streching, rowing technique, surfing the white wash.
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL: Duck dive (to pass the waves), line up (the starting point of a wave), take off (the first wave)..
ADVANCED LEVEL: How to choose the right board, learning to know the flow and the different spots, various manouvers: bottom, cut back, etc.

1 Week of Kite / Surf camp in Lanzarote INCLUDES:

- Trasfer to the beach
- 7 nights in the surf house or in an independent apartment
- 4 days of Kite/Surf school - 3h/day with total equipment
